This fall, Fort Edmonton Park invites you to gather and explore life through the diversity of First Nations and Métis peoples.
The exhibit explores the rich and beautiful cultures of First Nations and Métis Peoples while encouraging visitors to seek out the truths as lived by Indigenous Peoples before and after Canada became a country.
In addition, learn about early settlers and the fur trade by touring the 1846 Fort. Streetcar transportation is available to and from the area.

Join us for an impactful and unforgettable journey on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm - 4 pm, from October 2 through December 19, 2021.
BONUS: Each ticket holder for the Indigenous Peoples Experience & Fort Fall Opening will receive one free general admission ticket of equal or lesser value for the 2022 summer season.
Parking is in the main lot with entrance through the front. A streetcar will be available to transport guests to the Indigenous Peoples Experience / Fort area. Guests are welcome to walk through the Park as well, however, no other buildings will be open or activated. Tickets are available online only.
Fort Edmonton Park is participating in the Government of Alberta’s Restriction Exemption Program. All guests will be required to show proof of vaccination, a negative test result or medical exception in order to enter our facility.
